Keyword Research Pro Review

If you have been marketing online for any period of time,
you’ll appreciate the ton of traffic the search engines
can drive to your website every day.

I recently came across an incredible new keyword
software called Keyword Research Pro.

I am using it right-now to give extra power in
promoting this superb keyword research tool.

And the good news is, this amazing software tool provides
an easy way to get to the top of the search engines.

But how can this keyword tool help?

It’s simple, use long-tail keywords in your research.

I believe some may ask What are long-tail keywords..

Long tail keywords are keywords with little to no competition,
and by targeting these keywords, you’ll be able to rank
highly in the search engines with little effort.

And is easy to locate long-tail keywords, you need to know the number of
competing web pages that has the keyphrase in the title tag of
the website.

The lower the keyphrase allintitle, the lower the TRUE competition
you’ll face in the search engines.

The lower the number of TRUE competitors, you higher you chance
of ranking in the Top 10 of the search results.

This information can be found by typing in ‘allintitle:’ followed
by the keyphrase like this example:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLL_en&q=allintitle%3Aonline+guitar+lessons

But as you can imagine, the time it takes to determine the
‘allintitle:’ figure can take quite a while.

Not anymore, I save lot of time when I was using Keyword Research Pro

This software will help me alot in my keyword research efficiency
and effectiveness.

With Keyword Research Pro, I could extract ‘allintitle:’ literally in
minutes, not hours if you kwow what I mean.

However, this is only ONE of the many features available in Keyword
Research Pro
! Just imagine how much time I could save in promoting any
products.

The good news is that you can save $20 off the purchase Keyword
Research Pro
, if you act fast.

Take a look for yourself before committing!

Thank you for reading this review!

The Importance Of A USP

When creating your membership site, you need to consider how it fits into your overall business.  Even if you don’t have many other websites and/or have little experience in online marketing, you need to consider what the main quality your membership site and business have that will differentiate it from other online businesses that cater to that target market.  This is known as your Universal Selling Proposition (USP).

Preferably, you want this main quality to resonate throughout your entire business, not just your membership site.  Whether that would be lower prices, faster-than-average service, or providing products and solutions no one else can, your USP is key to your membership site and business enduring for the long-term and standing out from the rest of the crowd online.  This will enable you to gain the members you need to achieve the profits and credibility you are expecting from having your own membership site.

Often, it takes time to find out exactly what your own USP is.  It has to be something that really sets you apart from the crowd and will make people from your target market remember you and even think of you when they think of that concept.  If you cannot differentiate yourself from the crowd, then you likely have not found your USP.  Virtually every successful business and membership site has its own USP - you just need to keep working on finding that USP that will define you and your business.

Make Yourself Different

When creating a profitable membership site, you should ask yourself, “Why would I join this membership site?”  After all, this is what members of your target market will ask themselves when they consider joining your site or not.

You need to consider what will make the members of the target market pull out their credit cards or access their PayPal accounts and agree to pay a recurring fee to access your membership site.  You should consider what members of your target market would want in a membership site and include those features in your site.  You should conduct research, even asking for the opinions of members of that target market, on what they are looking for in such a site before creating it and offering access to it.

Additionally, you should check out other membership sites that cater to that target market.  See what qualities and features they have that members of that target market want to see in such a site, as well as notice what is missing from those sites that members of that target market want.  You should make sure to include those missing features and qualities in your website - this will help to convince them that they should join your membership site.

You should also consider what you’d want to see in such a membership site if you were a member of that target market.  See if you can come up with other innovative features that no one else has thought of, but that would be considered to be good additions - this will likely get you noticed by target market members and by others in your industry as being an innovative thinker and your site as being different from the mainstream membership sites.

Important Considerations

In creating your membership site, you need to decide whether digital products, physical products, or both will make up the product area of your membership site.

If you have digital products, you’ll need to consider the amount of bandwidth you’ll need in order to accommodate all the downloads you could be experiencing from all of your members, possibly at one time or at many peak times.  If your site doesn’t have enough bandwidth to accommodate all the download requests, you could have your site crash and be out-of-service for a while, which won’t help to convince your current members to keep their memberships.  It’s likely the word will spread around as well that your site can’t handle a ton of downloads at the same time, which could affect your ability to recruit new members.

You’ll also need to make sure that only your paying customers have access to the digital products contained within your membership’s site download area and no one else.  That includes being able to enable access only for current members and deactivating their access if those members cancel their memberships.  Fortunately, there are software programs that can enable you to achieve this without much difficulty.

If you have physical products, you need to determine whether your members will have to pay a shipping fee, and if so, how much.  To help alleviate the costs, you could give them an option to download the product instead and/or to provide them with other digital products in return for them paying the shipping fee for any physical products shipped to them.

You’ll also need to make sure that your software platform can keep track of who orders physical products and their shipping information, etc.  There are quality programs out there that can make this task much easier.

A Variety Of Products Is A Good Thing

To have a successful membership site for the long-term, your site needs to appeal to many people in your target market.  After all, you want to make sizable profits online, not just enough to cover a bill or two per month.  This will require having many subscriptions to your membership site.

People are different in many ways.  This also includes learning and how they run their businesses.  Some people may enjoy reading an ebook to learn the information they seek.  Other people may enjoy listening to someone else’s voice to gain the information they need.  Still others may want to see exactly what a person is doing to achieve profits in his/her business.

Similarly, some people love to create products of their own to sell online.  Others prefer to purchase other people’s products to sell online.  Still others like to give away products with their affiliate links in them and make money on the back-end.

Therefore, it’s important that you don’t just load up on one type of product, such as ebooks, in your download area.  Instead, you should concentrate on having a good variety of ebooks, audio files, video files, software products, PLR products, MRR products, RR products, products with giveaway rights, etc.  As mentioned above, for your membership site to survive and thrive for the long-term, you need to have many people from that target market to subscribe to your site.  That likely means they’ll learn and make profit in different ways.  Cater to a good number of them and your membership site will have a greater chance of delivering the profits and credibility you are seeking.

Updating The Site

When creating a profitable membership site, you need to continuously update the site with pertinent information that relates to the niche or industry the site is based on.  In order to convince members that their hard-earned money is worth spending on your site, you need to continuously update with valuable information.

It is vital to update the site at the very least, once a month, and preferably, more.  In fact, if your industry or niche is very active in terms of news developments, you should really consider updating the site at least once a week.

Once you start updating the site on a frequent basis, don’t slow down, even if the news in your industry slows down.  It’s likely members of your site will get the wrong idea about your effort to maintain your membership site.  Even if there is no noteworthy news pertaining to your industry, make sure to mention that in your newsletter, email, and/or other forms of communication.  You could provide updates on past news events and how they could affect your members’ businesses instead.

The important thing to remember is to not remain out-of-touch for too long.  If for some reason you have to be out-of-touch for an extended period of time (such as a business trip where you can’t communicate with them very often or taking time off for an illness or death in the family, etc.), make sure to let your members know ahead of time and either reward them before or after for them sticking with you (preferably, before you are absent).  If your members get the feeling you are “abandoning” them, they too will likely “jump ship,” so don’t give them that reason to “jump ship.”  Always stay in contact with them, even when news in your industry is going through a slow, uneventful period.

Think Ahead

To maintain a profitable membership site, it’s important that you add fresh, new content to your membership site regularly (at least once a month, if not more often).  However, it’s sometimes hard to come up with new, pertinent information that your site’s members will find valuable and worth downloading and/or reading.  However, you need to adhere to a strict schedule of delivering fresh, new content on a regular basis if you want to gain the profitability and reputation that comes from having a successful membership site for the long-term.

An easier way to continuously provide new, fresh content on a regular basis is to think ahead and plan on what new information you’ll provide ahead of time.  It would certainly help if you keep constant tabs on what is developing in your niche’s industry from day to day or, at least, week to week.  This way, you’ll likely find pertinent information or create new, quality products that your site’s members will find useful and valuable.

This is better than having to try to come up with some type of pertinent, fresh content at the very last minute (i.e. the last day of the month and you haven’t changed the site at all since the last updates you did a month earlier).  Your site’s members will realize if you just haphazardly put something together just to provide something “new.”  It’s likely many of your site’s members will be turned off by this and will consider dropping their memberships, especially if you wait until the last minute and provide information that can essentially be found for free online.

Supplying Your Membership Site

To have a successful membership site, you need to continuously update it with the latest information.  This includes adding the latest products that pertain to your industry that can be added to a paid membership site.  After all, if your members don’t feel you are providing enough updated information to your membership site on a continuous rate, they’ll cancel their membership and look elsewhere for the information they need.

Therefore, you need to continuously add products and resources to your membership site’s download area.  Fortunately, you often have many choices to choose from, including

Video files
Audio files
PLR (Private Label Rights)
MRR (Master Resale Rights)
RR (Resale Rights)
Giveaway Rights
Products with no rights (and just to learn from)

You need to provide a good mixture of all of the types of products mentioned above.  Your members will want products they can learn valuable new information from that pertains to the latest trends, tactics, and techniques pertaining to their industry, while also wanting products that can provide additional income streams to their business.  If you continually provide this in your membership site’s download area, chances are that you’ll retain many of your current members and add new ones as well, ensuring the long-term profitability of your membership site.

Digital Or Physical?

To have a profitable membership site, you need to provide valuable resources that your site’s members will find useful in their own businesses, whether that would be knowledge they can apply to their businesses, products they can sell in their own businesses, or a combination of both.  Another factor you need to consider is whether you want to provide digital products or physical products.

Digital products, such as ebooks and software programs, have become more popular over the past few years.  People find them to be convenient because they can access them right on their computers and right after they have purchased them (or access to them as is the case with products inside a membership site), unlike physical products that need to be shipped to one’s home.

The cost and accessibility differences are important factors you need to carefully when determining whether your site’s members would prefer digital or physical products.  While digital products and delivery is cheaper (just costing bandwidth and any associated costs in creating the product, as compared to actual packaging and shipping costs with physical products), some people still prefer to have a tangible product in their hands, feeling that a physical product provides more value and is a product they can consult even offline.  You have to determine the thinking behind your site’s members and the information regarding the site’s topic(s) to determine whether you should go all digital, all physical, or a combination of both products would be best to provide to your site’s members.

Forums And Membership Sites

A profitable membership site involves having members of that site being interested in the information and resources contained within the site.  Otherwise, they won’t have interest in coming back to the site repeatedly, which will lead to them cancelling their memberships, and as a result, your site’s profitability and long-term outlook will decline.

One important aspect of a successful membership site is to have the members of the membership site feel connected, much like a community.  One way you can help to make them feel more connected is to have your own forum within the membership site.  Inside the forum, members can communicate with each other and with you on topics and problems related to the main topic of the membership site.  Not only will this help people to feel more interconnected with each other (and lead to potential business opportunities, such as joint ventures and affiliate partnerships), but it will also enable you to enhance your reputation as an expert in the industry by providing advice and information inside the forum.

Additionally, it will be seen as valuable by the forum members because it is a members-only forum - only current members in good standing can have access to the privileged information contained within the forum.  That value can go a long way to keeping members maintaining their memberships and coming back to the forum on a regular basis.
